Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created to help the buyer understands our terms for refund.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order for refund within 3 days after you purchase the order with no reason needed.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is within 3 days from the date on which you purchased the order or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 25 days from the day on which we recieve the cancelation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 20 days
- The Goods are in the good packing and make sure they are in good condition as you purchased them.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- in case goods were shipped and you have a tracking number for the shipment until the finish of 30 days and the delay time of the cargo carriers of 20 extra days.
- if the products you recieved are the exact ones but they did not meet your expectations or satisfaction that you did not like them.
- The items are not suitable for return due to mistakes and errors made by the buyer in sizes or colour orders . if you need to return them for exchange you will carter for all the shipping costs or the extra prices in the exchange.
- if the items are the exact ones you ordered for including the sizes and colour in your purchase and they are the ones you recieved on delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Delivery time
Delivery of shipments is normally 25 to 30 days from the day after orders are processed. Our order processing time is 5 days after then orders are being shipped. Incase of any delays in the shipments at the customs or kargo carriers we give more extra 20 days for the carrier to investigate and deliver the goods.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
